During this two hour experience, you will be invited to settle into a comfortable gravity chair while waves of sound from singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments gently wash over you. These calming frequencies help guide the body into a deeply relaxed state, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the mind to soften.
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, we provide gravity chairs, blankets, pillows, and eye masks so you can fully relax and simply receive the sounds.
