Join us for a special Spring Equinox Sound Bath, a deeply immersive musical experience where you’ll be surrounded by the soothing tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls, large Symphonic Gongs, chimes, and more—all by candlelight. This evening will invite stillness, reflection, and renewal as we honor the turning of the season. After class, enjoy a cup of warm tea and community connection.
A Sound Bath is a unique experience that allows us to listen inward in a deep way. These sessions are known to elicit profound relaxation, relieve stress, promote emotional balance, and support meditative states.
Hosted by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations. Greg will begin by sharing insights on how sound interacts with us and why it can be a powerful tool for wellness. After guided relaxation, he’ll fill the space with the harmonic tones of the instruments for over an hour, then gently guide participants back to waking consciousness. Time to ground, reflect, and ask questions will follow.
No prior experience is needed—these sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
What to Bring: Wear loose, comfortable clothing and consider bringing a blanket and/or pillow to create a cozy resting spot. Limiting caffeine beforehand can help deepen your relaxation.
Temperature: Warm—approximately 90°F.
