As we welcome the return of longer days, we invite you to set intentions for the season ahead, nurturing the dreams and aspirations you wish to bring to life.
Dress comfortably and bring water. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be available. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
