SPRING EQUINOX Soul Ascension Ceremony – Meditation / Chanting / Singing Bowls and Gongs with Jere Friedman
Experience balance and inner peace as we welcome the awakening of Planet Earth on the night of the Spring Equinox with a profoundly powerful Soul Ascension Ceremony! Jere will invite you to set your intention for the months ahead and then lead you in a combination of chanting and meditation to calm the mind and energize and enliven your body and spirit. Then, lie down and travel the cosmos as the tones of singing bowls and gongs envelop your entire being in healing and energizing vibrations to transform you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Come into balance and connect with your Divine Essence as you take your own personal journey to a deep level of rejuvenation and re-alignment.

- Doors open at 6:30. Please arrive before 7:00 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 7:00.
- Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.
WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.
BRING: A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
