This is a time to come together and celebrate the Emergence theme of Spring—what wants to come forth in you, and how you can best support your growth. It’s a time to reflect, play, and dream. All parts of you are welcome in our circle—your hopes, your fears, your uncertainties, your brilliance. We hold a space where you can arrive exactly as you are, knowing you belong.
No experience is necessary—whether you’re brand-new to our community, or meditation, or shamanic journeying or have practiced many times, you’re welcome here.
The sound bath experience includes 432 Hz crystal singing bowls which resonate at a frequency often linked to the Earth’s natural vibration, fostering a sense of harmony, balance, and overall well-being. Followed by a shamanic journey which uses the steady, rhythmic beat of the drum to help you enter a meditative or “spirit world” state. This consistent shamanic drumbeat helps guide the brain into the theta wave range, a naturally meditative state associated with stress relief, deep relaxation, and emotional integration.
