Spring Equinox Shake Rising

Shake Rising is a transformational movement practice that incorporates fitness, dance, and energy work with the end goal of liberation. Our 3 intentions act as a roadmap towards that liberation. We will 1) activate our life force energy through our undivided attention, 2) reprogram our subconscious mind through affirmations, and 3) regulate our nervous system through full body shaking. We will be shaking in The Studio at Theatre Raleigh from10-11am. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class and bring a yoga mat.
