- Amy Cook — Accredited CBT Therapist specialising in women’s mental wellbeing, helping clients manage mindset, mood and productivity in alignment with hormonal and cycle changes.
- Dr Lauren Tierney — Scientist and lymphatic drainage specialist focused on using lymphatic health to optimise energy, recovery and whole‑body wellness.
Giving back: A percentage of all funds raised will be donated to Endometriosis UK to support vital research and advocacy.
