Join us at Therapy & Flow on Sunday 22nd March at 9:30 AM for a refreshing Spring Equinox Reset - the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and align with the season’s energy.
Expect a chill, welcoming atmosphere where you can reset your mind, body and soul. You will experience:
- Spring symbolism and insights - embrace the equinox themes of growth, renewal, and vitality so that you can SPRING into action.
- Qigong - gentle movement, breathwork and energy cultivation to awaken your body and soothe your mind. Led by Holistic Coach Rosie
- Guided Meditation - supports your self-healing and focuses on the Spring organ in Traditional Chinese Medicine (the liver). Led by Holistic Coach Rosie
- Sekhem Energy Healing - elevates your vibrational frequency and helps you step into your full potential. Led by Master Teacher Rachel
- Energy Centre Assessment - receive personalised energetic guidance as we step into spring. Led by Master Teacher Rachel
- Hypnotic Meditation Journey - Rosie and Rachel combine their signature practices to take you on a deep journey of mind, body, and soul.
