Come out to prepare and celebrate this new season. Light refreshments will be served during check in. Look forward to a group meditation and light stretching. Energy & Essence will be leading our releasing and intention setting portion of the night. Followed by individual Reiki sessions and group networking to end our night. A great way to start off the spring with refreshing and intentional energy!
