The Spring Equinox Planetary Gong Sound Bath offers a deeply restorative journey through the healing sounds of Planetary Gongs, Acutonics® crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other resonant instruments. Guided by our expert gong master at Chiron Acutherapeutics, this session is designed to help you align your mind, body, and spirit with the energies of the equinox—a time of transition, reflection, and balance.
What to Expect:
- Immerse yourself in soothing soundscapes that encourage new beginnings and promote balance and inner peace as we move into the spring season.
- Release the energies of winter and prepare to embrace the balancing energies of spring.
- Experience a deeply meditative sound journey that will leave you feeling calm, centred, and renewed.
Important Information:
- Limited spots available, so be sure to reserve your space in advance!
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to ensure we start on time.
- For the comfort of all attendees, latecomers will not be admitted once the session begins.
- Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided—just wear something comfy for this relaxing experience.

We want to ensure that everyone attending my sound baths has a positive experience, so we'd like to inform you that sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Therefore, we recommend against participating in the following cases:
Pregnant Women: Attending sound baths during the first and third trimesters of pregnancy is not advisable. Please seek guidance from your healthcare provider.
Individuals with Pacemakers: Due to the potential interference with electronic devices, we do not recommend sound baths for people with pacemakers.
Individuals with Metal Plates: If you have metal implants, vibrations from the sound bath may cause discomfort.
Your well-being is our top priority, and we want to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. If you fall into any of the above categories, it is best to consult a healthcare professional before attending a sound bath.
