Join Sarah and Kiera on Saturday March 22nd from 1:00-3:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for a Spring Equinox Mala! They will take you through 4 unique salutations (totaling 108 vinyasas/salutations) to welcome spring, with each set of 27 flows dedicated to the earth, sun, moon and space; there will be an accompanying playlist for each element. Class will be very gently heated to invite in the warmth of the new season. Proceeds from this event will help fund Milwaukee Riverkeeper, a local environmental nonprofit that works to protect, improve and advocate for water quality, riparian wildlife habitat, and sound land management in the Milwaukee, Menomonee, and Kinnickinnic River Watersheds.
