Please invite your family and friends and join us around noon (11-12:30) on the Saturday after the Spring Equinox this year, for a ceremony at the base of the stairs to the beach at Bay View Park in Milwaukee, to intentionally connect in a larger spiritual community of our city, celebrating this time of rebirth and balance between light and darkness.
Please dress for the weather, bring a blanket, a drum or another instrument, and/or Spring Equinox song. This is a co-created, participatory event, so if you come early, please pick a spot at the beach down the stairs and start making an altar with found rocks, plants, etc. or start drumming or singing. Or possibly move some stumps in a circle for seating. We will set-up together once more of us join.

Plan:
1. 11:00 Gathering at the lake at the bottom of the steps at Bay View Park beach. Making an altar. Drumming.
2. 11:15 Opening the ceremony at the lake.
3. Ritual in community around the rebirth and balance of energies.
4. 12:30 Closing the ceremony.
5. Singing and story time.
