About this Event
The Spring Equinox is a powerful moment of energetic balance — when day and night are equal and nature begins its cycle of renewal.
This portal is often experienced as an energetic accelerator, when the veil between possibilities feels thinner and intentions can gain momentum more easily.
During this gathering, we will come together to consciously align with the energy of the season through practices that awaken and expand the body’s radiant field.
Through Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, we will activate the energetic body and create space for clarity, alignment, and inner expansion.
The focus of this session is to help you tune into the natural movement of energy that the equinox brings and direct that energy toward what you are ready to cultivate in the months ahead.
