This Spring workshop is inspired by the energy of the Equinox. Join us for a gentle, accessible yoga practice woven with simple ritual elements centered around purification, visioning, embodiment, and celebration. We release what no longer serves, clarify how we wish to be living, and begin to embody that through mindful movement, stretching, and creative expression. It’s a grounded and nourishing blend of yoga, reflection, and embodied intention-setting.
