A Liberatory & Celebratory Journey
As we cross the threshold of the Spring Equinox, a sacred moment of balance between light and dark, we gather in community to move, sing, release, and renew.
This Ecstatic Dance & Song Circle is a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone — no dance or singing experience necessary. You will be gently guided on a journey of movement through imaginative prompts and invitations designed to spark creativity, awaken the body, and free the spirit. There will be moments of individual exploration, where you can move exactly as you are called, and moments of shared rhythm and connection as we move together in collective energy.
We will open the evening in circle, setting intentions for the new season and lifting our voices in simple, heart-opening songs. From there, we’ll flow into an embodied dance journey — a wave of sound and movement that invites you to shed what no longer serves and step into what is ready to bloom.
To close, we will soften into a restorative sound journey, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to integrate the experience. Together we’ll rest, receive, and root into the renewal of spring.
This is a liberatory space — come as you are. Move as you feel. Sing as you’re able. Witness and be witnessed. Celebrate your aliveness.

Teresa of La Lupa Via loves sharing heart centered spaces of community care and liberation and has been guiding communal gatherings for all seasons and all transitions and thresholds for over 20years. She brings unparalleled passion, ferocious compassion and encourages sovereignty and consent prioritized spaces of love and healing possibilities.
