join me for an exciting community event downtown in the beautiful courtyard of Ben's Bells. The event is free to register; if you feel called to donate, suggested donation is $10-$30. A portion of proceeds will go to ben's Bells to support their community outreach.
We will start the evening with refreshments and gathering, followed by gentle yoga. Then we will settle in for a powerful hour of breath work and sound therapy.
