Join Tej and Ray for a soul-nourishing evening of movement, music, and inner alchemy. This immersive ceremony is crafted to harmonize your nervous system, reawaken vitality, and align you with the growing light.
You’ll experience:
? Astrology update for the Equinox + the recent New Moon (intention setting for the season ahead)
? Hatha-inspired movement to balance solar/lunar energy and open the breath
? Breathwork to regulate and steady the mind
? Live music & original songs by Ray (voice, guitar, hand percussion)
? Guided meditation journey with hypnotic kaleidoscope visuals
? Sound healing immersion with singing bowls and gong for deep restoration
