The Spring Equinox symbolises a time of renewal & rebirth. A time to plant new seeds in the form of dreams, ideas, inspiration & soul callings. Spring Equinox lands with the sun moving into Aries — the first sign of the zodiac, the energy of initiation, courage & fresh starts that don’t apologise for themselves. Adding to this we have the New Moon making this a powerful time to focus on & call in beautiful new beginnings ✨
We connect with the floral frequency of Essential Oil of Neroli Orange Blossom & continue with breathwork to take us into a deep state of relaxation, then grounding & anchoring ourselves into the core crystals of Mother Earth. Our meditation guides us on a visual journey as we connect with the energy of the Spring Equinox, setting the intention to plant new seeds in the form of our dreams. We connect with the powerful solar frequencies, fully activating each energy center. We then expand this high frequency light around our energy field. We continue to amplify it outwards across the whole planet & to all sentient beings. By raising our frequency & vibration within our bodies & magnifying it outwards, it helps us to call in & manifest our highest timeline.
As we lay down for the Sound Journey of Vibrational healing tones & frequencies using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes & other magical sound healing instruments we go even further into our personal journey of healing, rejuvenation & visualisation. We continue with self-healing energy work, gratitude, oracle cards & sharing in the circle. Herbal tea & snacks are served at the end of the evening.
Since Ancient times Cacao was used in Ritual & Ceremony by the Mayans, Aztecs & South American ancestors & was considered sacred. Pure Ceremonial grade Cacao is a powerful Plant Medicine & has many amazing, life-affirming qualities that support health & psychological well-being. Cacao creates a Heart opening experience & invites you to go deeper into your inner journey. It also has a higher concentration of health-restoring and consciousness-altering compounds such as theobromine, serotonin & tryptophan that when consumed generate a potent heart-warming sensation in the body. Aside from it’s many health benefits, its ‘feel good’ nutrients help to create a state of warmth, calmness, tranquility & bliss.
Sound & Vibrational healing is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to help you to clear energetic blockages & thus facilitate healing on a physical & mental level. The frequency of the sound synchronises with the brainwaves, slowing them down to a deeply restorative state. The frequencies bring the body into a state of vibrational balance, coherence & harmony.
*If a person is taking antidepressants or other forms of medication please let us know before the Ceremony so we can adjust your amount of Ceremonial Cacao.
*In the case of any form of Nut allergies please inform us before the Ceremony.
*Please avoid drinking coffee/black tea (caffeine) a few hours prior to the Ceremony. It’s recommended to eat light throughout the day before drinking the Cacao for its maximum benefits.
*For your own comfort it’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing & socks.
*Please bring a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the Ceremony.
You may wish to bring any crystals, crystal jewellery or sacred objects that you wish to work with during the ceremony. You may also wish to bring a journal & pen to write anything that comes up for you.
