Join Kelley and Karen Annese of Wild Rose Holistic Health in welcoming a new cycle of life at the Vernal Equinox. Nature suggests a new year begins as Mother Earth thaws and begins to sprout life once again. In this gathering, we will take time to honor and reconnect with Mother Nature and set our personal intentions for this year. We will begin with a gratitude practice and invocation to Mother Earth, then move into a mindfulness practice to ground and reinforce our most powerful connection, which is with our hearts. Experience rejuvenating therapeutic breathwork techniques to strengthen the immune system and increase your vital life force. Enjoy deep rest with a sound healing guided relaxation practice and end with a meditation to set intentions for the season and into the new year to come. This program will be held in the Putnam Learning Center at Long Hill (yellow farmhouse).
Part of this program will be outside, weather permitting, so be sure to wear proper footwear and appropriate clothing. If it’s been raining, you will want to wear boots. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and cozy blanket for the (inside) relaxation portion of the event. Space is limited—Pre-registration is required for this event. This program is rain or shine! In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via the email address you used to register and refunded in full within 14 business days. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
