Nourish yourself with a relaxing evening of intention setting, guided meditation and expressive movement.
About this Event

This ceremony we will be celebrating the Spring Goddess and Mother Earth. We will be opening and closing the ceremony in the cosy and calm ceremony space of the Green Room, on the edge of Hampstead Heath. After drinking the Cacao we will be heading outside to bring dance and gratitude to the beauty of Mother Nature on the Heath. Get grounded, breathe the fresh air and feel part of a community as we celebrate Ostara, the pagan festival of the Spring Equinox.

An evening of:

o Intention Setting

o Guided Meditation

o Relaxation

o Cleansing & Cathartic Release

o Expressive Movement

o Sacred Guidance

o Joy and Celebration

An opportunity for an alcohol-free evening with all the fun!

Come as you are, bring a friend, bring your loved ones. All are welcome.

Age: 18+, as well as 15-17 year-olds accompanied by an adult, and babes in arms (no toddlers or under 15's).

How the evening will run:

We will begin the evening in the beautiful and spacious studio space ‘The Green Room’, (just on the edge of Hampstead Heath). You will each receive a cleansing, and we will focus on intention-setting for what you would like to get out of the ceremony as well as your intentions for the new season ahead. We will be drinking the Ceremonial grade Peruvian Cacao here in a sacred setting, with guided meditation and optional somatic movement release - stretch, relax, meditate. We will then move onto the Heath for some spring frolicking in nature! We will return to the warm and cosy Green Room for the opportunity to share as we close down the ceremony. There will then be a chance to socialise with your new Cacao family, there will be some nibbles and herbal tea provided, but feel free to bring a snack to share, (there's always plenty to talk about and journal post-ceremony). You will end the evening with a full heart, clear mind and new friends.

6:45 PM - 7:00 PM Arrival
Please ring "The Green Room" doorbell on arrival. Walk up the stairs. Come in, get comfy, get settled. If you think you may be running late please text Imogen directly 07712 421 368. Once we open the ceremony there will be no more admittance possible.

7:00 PM-7:15 PM Welcome and Introduction
Imogen will explain how the evening will run, what to expect and answer any questions.

7:15 PM - 9:15 PM Sacred Cacao Ceremony

We will open the sacred space, set clear intentions and ask for guidance. This ceremony we will be celebrating the Spring Goddess and Mother Earth by heading out onto Hampstead Heath, (just at the back of the building), grounding through dance and gratitude to the beauty of Mother Nature. Drinking Cacao in ceremony is an opportunity for journaling, rest or movement as you feel it; each experience is unique.

9:15 PM- 9:45 PM Closing the Ceremony

We will return to the warmth of the Green Room, to close down the space with gratitude for what we have received. You will have the opportunity to share with others and feel part of the community we have created. Have a snack and chat with your new friends.
