Hummingbird is a powerful ally that reminds us to enjoy the sweetness of the moment & to drink directly from the nectar of life; it symbolizes joy, freedom, perseverance, creativity, love, magic, playfulness & healing.
Cacao is a powerful yet soft plant medicine that guides us inward & breaks open our hearts to receive the magic & beauty of life.

Lorena is a full mesa carrier, yoga instructor & ceremonialist.
She sources from Yoga, Shamanism & Earth's rhythms & wisdom practices to offer sacred containers where you can show up authentically & remember your true self.
