Somatic Movement & Dance: An invitation to embrace your playful side and experience dance and free-form movement as uplifting medicine for your mind, body and soul. Let your body move freely to music in a safe & judgment free space where laughter & silliness are welcome to flow freely.
This gathering is an opportunity to remember that life gets to be fun and blissful, and embrace the energy of rebirth in a loving community space. You can expect to be lovingly guided through a meaningful and playful celebration designed to lift your spirits, renew your mind and body, and support your soul’s blossoming into a new season.
