Turn the Celtic Wheel of the Year with us this St. Patrick's Day / Spring Equinox with a special breathwork celebration
About this Event

A guided experience to breathe life into your intentions for Spring.

The Spring Equinox or Ostara has been celebrated for thousands of years around the world - long before St. Patrick.

Its the time when day perfectly equals night and astrologically represents the start of Spring.

This is a time to find harmony within, set intentions for the season to come, start new projects and align with the cycles of nature.

So come to let go of what you don't need, and step into harmony again!

About Your Facilitators: Cian Dalton & Tom Woods

Cian and Tom share a passion for exploring the transformative power of breath and reconnecting with ancestral wisdom.

Tom Woods is a certified breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed somatic coach, and kriya yogi initiated through the Isha Yoga Lineage. After moving abroad, Tom felt a deep pull to reconnect with his Irish roots and the spiritual traditions of his ancestors. His work is dedicated to rediscovering and celebrating the ancient wisdom of indigenous cultures, rooted in the understanding that humans once lived in deep relationship with nature and spirit. Through breathwork, somatics, and conscious business coaching, Tom supports people in awakening their innate power and bringing their visions to life.

Cian’s journey with breath began from a different angle—science and performance. With a background in wind engineering, he spent years studying the movement of air before discovering the profound role of breath in the boxing ring, where it became essential for focus, resilience, and endurance. In 2016, breathwork opened a new doorway for healing as well, becoming a powerful tool for physical and emotional recovery.

Together, Cian and Tom create spaces that blend science, embodied practice, and ancient wisdom—helping others reconnect with the intelligence of the breath and the deeper rhythms of life.
