Using aerial hammocks to suspend us during a sound healing mediation helps us to reach even deeper levels of relaxation and healing. Unlike traditional mats which may cause some discomfort the hammock distributes your weight evenly reducing strain on joints and muscles. This heightened level of comfort allows you to fully relax and surrender to the experience enhancing the effectiveness of the sound healing therapy.

- Essential oils incense music and sound may be used during the session. Please make us aware of any allergies or conditions before the session.
- Wear comfortable clothing - you may get hot or cold during a session so wearing layers that you can put on or take off is advised.
- Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to the session start time
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the session
- Blankets will be provided but please bring an eye mask if you would like one
- If possible try to avoid excess caffeine before the session as it may help you have a more restful experience and help your thoughts to drift away more easily.
- Sound healing may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions and they may need to obtain permission from their healthcare professional before they can attend a session. Conditions: Epilepsy history of seizures or any condition that could be triggered by sound a pacemaker first and third trimester of pregnancy serious mental health conditions.
