About this Event
Join Two Women and a Wagon Urban Farm for a guided edible plant shopping experience at one of our favorite local nursery growers outlets.
This small-group tour is designed to help you confidently select healthy vegetable and herb plants for your garden. Instead of wandering the nursery unsure of what to buy, you’ll walk through the space with experienced growers who will explain what to look for, what to avoid, and how to choose plants that will thrive.
We’ll discuss:
• How to identify strong, healthy seedlings
• Signs of stress, disease, or poor plant quality
• Best seasonal edible options available right now
• Smart purchasing strategies to avoid overspending
• Companion plants that support food crops
• Your specific garden questions along the way
This is an interactive experience. Ask questions, show us your plant picks, and get real-time feedback before you check out.
You’re welcome to stay for the full two hours or drop in as your schedule allows.
Spots are limited to 15 participants to keep the experience personal and hands-on. Registration is required.
We look forward to growing with you.
