Dust off your Fiero and get ready to hit the open road! You’re invited to join us for a scenic spring cruise on Saturday, May 9, 2026, as we enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views on our way to Galena, IL.We will meet at 8:30am, with departure scheduled for 9:00am, from the Pride of Elgin gas station located at 1700 North State Street, #31 before embarking on a 2¼-hour drive through the Illinois countryside. Our destination is the home of Ulysses S. Grant in historic Galena, IL, where we will tour the site, followed by lunch in the heart of the downtown area.
After lunch, you are welcome to explore the local boutiques or depart for home at your own pace. It’s a great way to welcome the return of the driving season, and we look forward to seeing you there!
