A charming and vibrant town in Southeastern Minnesota, Spring Grove is a perfect focus as we work to highlight the many vibrant historically Norwegian communities around the United States.? ? 5:00PM | Cocktail Hour
Guests will be greeted with a Spring Grove soda Velkomstdrink (a welcome cocktail/mocktail) and a cash bar accompanied by live music from Beth Hoven Rotto—Spring Grove musician and member of Foot-Notes.

Enjoy Norway’s national dish, Fårikål (lamb and cabbage), with meat supplied by Heidi Eger—Spring Grove-area farmer and instructor of our popular Lefse class series. Remarks and presentations will also be made by…

✨ Lori Ann Reinhall of the Norwegian American: on the historic newspaper’s connections to Spring Grove.
✨ Beth Hoven Rotto: on her project documenting the musical work of famous Spring Grove musician Arnold Munkel.
