About this Event
The St. Andrew's Society of Toronto will be returning to The Chefs' House for our annual Spring Dinner. This innovative restaurant operates as part of the Hospitality & Culinary Arts Program at George Brown College (GBC).
The dinner will feature modern Scottish cuisine. SAST is proud to work with GBC as part of our mission to support post secondary education.
Key Details
Tickets will be $90 for Society members and $95 for non-members. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 6:30pm. Attendees will be seated for dinner at approximately 7:15pm.
The dinner will be as follows. A vegetarian option will be available at checkout for the same price as the featured three-course option.
- Appetizer: Cold-smoked Salmon with Fennel, Grapefruit, Aioli
- Main course: Roasted Lamb Loin with Toasted Barley, Asparagus, Onion Soubise
- Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream
The dress code for this event is business casual. Kilts and tartans are always welcome but are not mandatory.
