Qigong + Yin Yoga + Community Acupuncture ~ SUNDAY 3/22- 4-6pm
Join Sinéad, Licensed Acupuncturist & Doctor of Chinese Medicine, for an evening of NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION ~ activate your parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system to aid in natural detoxification as we welcome SPRING!
Class will begin with "Liver Qigong" to help our body detox, reset, and awaken to Spring 🌷 (qigong is a form of gentle moving meditation + breathwork that helps improve lymphatic drainage, regulates the nervous system, promotes deeper sleep, and helps relieve tension and pain)
Next, we will practice yin yoga to release stiffness and tension accumulated over the colder months + deepen our relaxation.
The ceremony will conclude with community ear acupuncture. Ear (or "auricular") acupuncture is a unique style of acupuncture famous for regulating the nervous system, calming anxiety, deepening sleep, and DETOX.
Take time to RESET YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM and enter Springtime with a renewed sense of vigor!
