ABOUT OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Barrie Benson, principal designer of Barrie Benson Interior Design, is known for her signature blend of modern and traditional styles, creating spaces that are both personal and timeless. Since founding her firm in 2000, she has transformed residences and commercial spaces with her distinctive approach. In 2018, she co-founded Peg Norriss with gallerist Chandra Johnson, collaborating with artists to create exclusive interiors in partnership with Schumacher. She also designs furniture for Highland House and decorative hardware for Modern Matter. A passionate advocate for the arts, Barrie serves on the boards of the Mint Museum and the University of Georgia Lamar Dodd School of Art. Her work has been featured in AD, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, Veranda, and The Wall Street Journal.
