About this Event
Join us for the Spring Cookbook Club on Thursday, May 7, at 7:00 PM upstairs at Browsers. Andrea Griffith and prolific home cook Kelli Samson will lead the discussion. Participants will bring a recipe from the cookbook, and we will gather and eat together.
To secure a spot at the table, purchase a ticket, which includes the cost of the cookbook + tax. The event is limited to 14-16 participants. If tickets sell out, please email Andrea to be added to the waitlist.
This season, we will cook out of A Feather and A Fork: 125 Intertribal Dishes from an Indigenous Food Warrior by Crystal Wahpepah with Amy Paige Condon
A Feather and a Fork includes 125 recipes developed in collaboration with ethnobotanist and food sovereignty advocate Linda Black Elk to explore the environmental, spiritual, physical, and social benefits of each dish as well as raise awareness of and support for indigenous food producers who are preserving heirloom foods and traditions.
Tickets go on sale 4/23 at 1:00 PM. There are no refunds for this event.
