Let's celebrate the Spring together ? SO come join the incredible enjoyment, deep connection and fun through movements?.Practicing contact improvisation can have numerous benefits, it enhances body awareness, coordination and balance.
Additionally it can be a great way to relieve stress, express emotions and cultivate a sense of playfulness and joy ???
We will start by playing some surprising games to get together and break the ice ? ? then an energetic and enjoyable warm up will be following ⚡️✨.. and integrating all participants into the amazing dancing Jam?where a magical release of energy blockage is waiting for us ?
️.. And great musicians will be there playing and accompanying the warm up as well as the dancing jam ??
SO, if you are whatever professional or amateur dancer, come join, jump in, dance, move, improvise... ? ?
Even if you are not from the dancing field, come share your personality and enjoy the artistic atmosphere.. you will be welcomed with open arms and surrounded by experienced, supportive and inspiring community.. we will be there to facilitate your movement and make you enjoy ??♂️?♀️
We are offering some snacks/drinks to share and celebrate together.. feel free to bring your own to share with us ?
