The Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg is hosting its first-ever week of Spring Break Teen Workshops! Students from ages 13-17 are invited to join us for immersive days of learning, creativity, and hands-on artmaking. Teens can register for a single day or mix and match sessions throughout the week. The day begins with a docent-led tour of the MFA’s collection, highlighting the many innovative materials artists have used across time. Back in the classroom, students will use these inspirations to create their own mixed-media projects, including zines, found object sculptures, and more. We’ll also be joined by local poet Ariana Matondo for a special collage and poetry project, adding a literary layer to the day’s creative exploration.
