Looking for a way to keep your athlete active and improving during Spring Break? Our Spring Break Performance Camps are designed for athletes in 3rd–12th grade who want to build speed, strength, and overall athletic ability in a structured training environment.Throughout the week, athletes will work on sprint mechanics, agility, coordination, and strength development while learning proper movement techniques that help them perform better in any sport.
We offer multiple camp options based on age and experience level, so athletes can train with others at a similar stage of development.
Athletes will work on:
• Speed and acceleration
• Agility and quickness
• Strength and body control
• Movement mechanics and coordination
These camps are a great way for athletes to stay active during the break while continuing to build the skills that help them compete and perform at a higher level.
CAMP OPTIONS:
>>Youth Athlete Camp (grades 3-6)
MWF | March 16, 18, 20 | 10:30AM - 12:00PM
>>Advanced Athlete Camp (grades 7-12)
Tues & Thurs | March 17 & 19 | 1:00PM - 3:15PM
>>Speed Lab (grades 7-12)
MWF | March 16, 18, 20 | 1:00PM - 2:30PM
