Ride rules and regulations must be followed and are located at the entrance of each ride. Rides and attractions are subject to availability and/or height restrictions at each location. Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds or replacements for lost or stolen wristbands. No refunds or exchanges are allowed, including the closing of a ride due to weather conditions. *See full disclaimer below.
4 . Exclusions
Pass does not include the Boardwalk Beast, Stingray Reef or Boardwalk FantaSea at the Kemah Boardwalk.
