About the instructor:
Chef JP
Chef JP graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management and cooked his way around the bay area. His culinary passion started around 10 years old and has two children that he loves to cook with at home. He has led culinary classes for senior citizens as well as young professional's wanting to learn how to cook for themselves. He believes that to cook food well, you have to continue to learn new techniques, try new ingredients and ask the question why not. He is looking forward to mentoring young cooks over the next few months with the hope to give them a basic understanding of how to cook.
