Spring Break Cooking with Chef JP and Brittany!9:00- 1:00 pm April 7-11.
For 10-14 year olds.
Class will focus on different recipes each day. Ticket covers the entire week of classes.

About the instructor:
Chef JP
Chef JP graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management and cooked his way around the bay area. His culinary passion started around 10 years old and has two children that he loves to cook with at home. He has led culinary classes for senior citizens as well as young professional's wanting to learn how to cook for themselves. He believes that to cook food well, you have to continue to learn new techniques, try new ingredients and ask the question why not. He is looking forward to mentoring young cooks over the next few months with the hope to give them a basic understanding of how to cook.
Chef Brittany
Brittany is a graduate of San Jose State University, holding a degree in Applied Nutrition & Food Science. During her time at SJSU, she led plant-based cooking workshops for students and staff; and supported the campus dietician in a range of nutrition-related initiatives. Brittany also provided cooking demonstrations, creating recipes tailored to student living, further promoting healthy eating practices. She is deeply committed to nutrition education and fostering healthy communities though accessible, wholesome food.
These classes are located in Aptos at 8061 Aptos St.
What To Expect:
Classes are 4 hours long
You will work with other students in groups of 2-4
Classes are limited to 10-12 students ages 10-14
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
Masks are optional but recommended.
