Beginner Belly Dance - 16 years & upExplore the movements, rhythms and self expression of this timeless multi-cultural dance form. Besides being fun and beautiful, belly dance is low impact, great for strengthening core, hips and legs, and improving mobility of your spine, shoulders and pelvis. Bare feet, socks or dance slippers recommended. Bring a hip scarf. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
