Together, Yin and Reiki create a blissful, restorative experience that feels like a mini-retreat.
During long-hold Yin postures, students stimulate the body’s meridian pathways (chi/prana flow) and gently stretch connective tissue—often where we store long-standing tension. Adding Reiki during these holds can help students soften more quickly, regulate stress, and feel supported as they unwind. The simple, comforting presence of hands-on (or hands-above) Reiki during stillness is often what makes the experience feel uniquely memorable.
