Planting New Seeds. Spring Awakening Workshop . Join us on Saturday, March 21 as we water the seeds we have planted in our minds for the wonderful things we want to come to life in this year of the Fire Horse! Let's say goodbye to the darkness of winter and allow the hope and light of spring to shine in as we embrace longer days and the energy we need to set us on the right path for the rest of the year.

We will begin the event with some light stretching and gentle yoga ( ~10 mins) to get present in our physical bodies and then Kathleen Collins will lead us through the spiritual portion of the class. Please bring a yoga mat, notebook, and anything else you might want to have to be comfortably seated on the floor for the remainder of the event.

Each participant will receive a special gift to take home and 20% off their purchase for the day of the event!

About Kathleen Collins, Mental Health Specialist. Kathleen is a graduate of the Western Illinois University (Masters of Education in Counseling), the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (Michael Harner’s School: The Way of the Shaman), and the Lynn Andrews School of the Sacred Art (Lynn Andrews: author, shaman and executive producer of The Sixth Sense). Kathleen later served as a mentor at that school.She has served as a shamanic practitioner since 1998.Offering Shamanic Counseling, Clinical Counseling and Healing Opportunities in your locale.
