Spring Awakening is a women’s circle rooted in the energy of blooming and flourishing. A space to reconnect with your pleasure, and ignite your creativity. Through gentle movement, intuitive dance, guided exercises, art-making and other magic, we’ll explore curiosity, play, and the joy of being fully embodied.
This circle is a safe, nurturing space for women to:

About the facilitator:
Masha Stydenko is an experienced women's circle facilitator with a Master's degree in Drama and Movement Therapy. Enriched by spiritual practices learned through her travels around the world, she blends therapeutic grounding with embodied magic in her work. Masha is deeply passionate about facilitating healing and personal growth through self-expression.
