- Smudging – Clearing energy with sacred herbs.
- Hand Cleansing – A symbolic act of refreshment.
- Tea Ritual – A warm herbal tea to ground and center.
✨ Sound Healing & Intentional Meditation – A soothing sound bath paired with a guided meditation to align energy, release what no longer serves us, and set intentions for the season ahead.
🌿 Ritual Preparation for the Dining Experience – Before we dive into our meal, we engage in a mindful ritual to prepare our bodies and taste buds for the nourishment ahead. This could include:
- A palate-cleansing herbal elixir or fruit infusion
- A simple breathwork exercise to awaken our senses
- A short gratitude practice for the meal and the community we share it with

The room will be filled with music curated to uplift, energize, and send us home with joy and gratitude. This is a time to dance, move, and bask in the collective energy we’ve created together as we honor the season of renewal and our shared purpose.
