There are no set steps, and no expectations — just a supportive, judgement-free environment where you can listen inward and let your own movement unfold, moving the way feels right for you!

What to expect:
A gently held, inclusive space
Music that supports free movement and self-expression
Agreements for the space:
No talking on the dance floor (to support everyone’s experience, whispered hello's are welcome)
No alcohol or substances — come as you are
Respect personal space — unless clear consent is given
Bare feet or soft shoes
Care for your body — rest whenever you need and stay hydrated. Following your own comfort and energy is encouraged.
Loose clothes or clothes you feel comfortable moving in!
About Morgan:
The space will be facilitated by Morgan, a Dramatherapist and Yoga Teacher, whom draws on body-based practices that hopes to support expression, creativity, and wellbeing.
