Event Description
Spring is a season of renewal, upward movement, and growth. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this transition is associated with the Wood element, the energy that supports vision, expansion, and forward momentum.
Spring Awakening combines a brief introduction to the Five Element model with an embodied exploration of how elemental qualities manifest in movement. We will explore how seasonal energy influences the meridian system and how conscious practice can help clear stagnation, restore balance, and support physical and emotional renewal.
Through guided movement and experiential practice, you will embody each element and explore yoga as a holistic process that integrates alignment, strength, flexibility, and energetic awareness. This workshop offers practical tools to help you transition from winter contraction into spring expansion, bringing greater clarity, vitality, and intention into both your practice and daily life.
