Join us for a magical event where we celebrate the beauty of spring and the transformation it brings. At South Facing Windows, immerse yourself in a day filled with pilates, acupuncture, and meditation.
Spring Alchemy is designed to guide us in aligning with the natural rhythms of spring through movement, breath, acupuncture, and intentional conversation. As we transition from winterβs stillness into a season of renewal, our bodies and minds crave flow, flexibility, and expansion. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and somatic movement, we will explore how to release stagnation and strengthen our foundation. Together, we will step into this season with clarity and balance. This space is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and cultivate practices that support long-term well-being.
