200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training - Raleigh NC Spring 20246 MONTH PROGRAM
APRIL 2024–SEPTEMBER 2024
RYT-200 | Yoga Alliance accredited
This 6-month program is designed for all levels to give you an introduction to the basics of yoga and help build your confidence in teaching. Each module includes lectures postures meditation pranayama and anatomy knowledge along with hands-on practice. We will work together to create a safe environment for learning as well as developing self-awareness and personal growth.
At the end of the program participants will receive a certificate in Yoga Teacher Training and be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200. During this 6-month program we will explore how yoga can enrich our lives and help make us more aware of ourselves and others. Come join us for an amazing journey into the world of yoga!

TUITION INCLUDES:
A 200 HR Yoga Alliance certification, headshots and certificate upon completion of all required training and payments.
All scheduled classes at host studio - Barre-Up Raleigh during training weekends.

Payment Options available in 2, 4, and 6 payments
