Spring 2023 Career Fair - Employer Registration

The SF LGBT Center Employment Services team is happy to announce our first in-person career fair since Fall 2019! Please join us and register to table to meet with LGBTQ+ jobseekers and our allies.

As you may know, we host one of the largest LGBTQ Career Fairs in the country and our LGBTQ Career Fair is unlike any other networking events! We showcase leading Bay Area employers dedicated to maintaining safe and supportive workplace environments for the LGBTQ community as well as opportunities for gainful employment. This event attracts individuals from all levels, including those who have backgrounds and qualifications in technology, administration, financial services, sales and marketing, management, retail, hospitality, and much more!

The 2023 LGBTQ Career Fair will include over 30 employer partners, 400-500 participants, a free head shot clinic, and access to our computer lab for community members to print their resumes and apply to your open roles. The cost for the booth is $500 and all participants qualify for a $50 discount for one of the trainings we offer. The fees included in the career fair registration help cover costs associated with outreach for the event, room rental fees, and staff time. All employer partners will receive one large table and two chairs, two lunch boxes, and each employer will be highlighted on our Facebook page with 20,000 followers.

We are also offering discounted rates if your organization is registered as a 501(c)(3).

If you are interested in sponsoring this event, we have included registration tickets at different sponsorship levels.

• Platinum sponsorship includes one deluxe table at our Career Fair, lead sponsorship title on all Career Fair collateral, a transgender 101 workshop for your organization, 2 Soiree Dinner Tickets and 4 Soiree Afterparty Tickets, your company's name and logo on two Employment Services events or workshops, verbal recognition at the Career Fair, and ongoing recognition in our monthly newsletter for one year.

• Gold sponsorship includes one deluxe table at our Career Fair, a transgender 101 workshop for your organization, 4 Soiree Afterparty Tickets, your company's name and logo on one Employment Services event or workshop, verbal recognition at the Career Fair, and ongoing recognition in our monthly newsletter for one year.

• Silver sponsorship includes one deluxe table at our Career Fair, a $150 discount on a transgender 101 workshop for your organization, verbal recognition at the Career Fair, and recognition in our monthly newsletter for six months.

Please also note that by registering to table at our Career Fair, you are agreeing to participate in a free 90-minute training on trans-inclusivity in the workplace prior to the day of the event. We will be hosting a virtual training on Thursday, April 13th from 12:00-1:30pm. If you or someone from your organization is unable to attend, please reach out to us!
