About this Event
Join us at the Physicians’ Gallery on the last Wednesday of every month at 12.30pm for a curator-led talk exploring one of the objects on display in our Gallery.
Our topic for this talk is bloodletting. Since ancient times people have had their blood removed with the idea that it would cure their illness. We’ll look at who was removing blood, how they did it, and why.
This 20 minute talk is free. The meeting point is in the Gallery.
