Join us at D1 Training Carmel for a Sports Nutrition & Performance Clinic led by Coach Jake Jenness, D1’s Sports Performance and Nutrition Coach.
Coach Jake will break down how to fuel your body for optimal performance, recovery, and results—no matter your sport or fitness level. He’ll also open it up for a Q&A session, so bring your questions about meal timing, supplements, macros, and more!
Jake currently works with athletes and adults looking to improve their nutrition and is now accepting new clients.
