Beatrice is a former triathlete (up to Ironman distance) and competitive age group duathlete. She has coached age group and recreational runners and triathletes since 2012.
More recently she greduated with a Masters in Sport & Performance Psychology and helps her clients deal with improving confidence, focus, strategic season & race prep planning sessions, race day routines & nerves and also stress and burnout . She has also worked wth coaches improving their understanding of the psychology of coaching and with physiotherapists and other MSK specialists understanding the psychology of injury rehabilitation.
