In this 1-hour session, you’ll be guided through a softly spooky, deeply soothing experience to help you reset your nervous system and embrace the mystery of the season:
🕸️ Witch’s Circle Opening & Grounding (10 minutes)
We’ll begin by gathering in quiet reflection, lighting metaphorical (or literal!) candles, and settling into the sacred space. Through gentle breathwork and visualization, you’ll start to release the noise of the outside world and sink into the slower rhythm of October.
🌑 Guided Journey Through the Shadows (30 minutes)
This meditation will lead you inward through themes of darkness, transformation, and trust — accompanied by eerie, ambient soundscapes and whispers of seasonal magic. Allow your body to soften and your mind to rest as you explore what’s ready to be let go... and what’s calling to emerge.
🦇 Journaling from the Other Side (10–15 minutes)
After your journey, you’ll have space to write down what surfaced — insights, feelings, intentions, or even messages from the deeper parts of yourself. Prompts will be provided to help you reflect on your own inner witchy wisdom.
🎃 Closing Spell & Intention Setting (5–10 minutes)
We’ll seal the circle with a collective intention or seasonal affirmation, sending you into the rest of your evening feeling grounded, clear, and wrapped in a little extra magic.
